On 07th February, it was published the Decree No. 60/2017, which extends the scope of the simplified procedure of hereditary succession that includes sharing, and sharing of marital assets, processed in the "Inheritance Counter" and "Divorce with Property Sharing Counter”.
This measure is in line with the simplification of procedures, complying with the SIMPLEX for 2017 of the Ministry of Justice, which aim to make life easier for citizens and companies in their interaction with public services.
Therefore, it was necessary to extend the scope of application of the "Inheritance Counter" and "Divorce with Property Sharing Counter" to new legal businesses, connected with the hereditary sharing and marital assets, as well as to define the terms and conditions in which they occur.
Accordingly, the simplified procedures for hereditary succession that includes sharing, and sharing of marital assets, processed in the "Inheritance Counter" and "Divorce with Property Sharing Counter” now include the execution of loan agreements, based on interest payments, entered into by credit institutions, with or without mortgage and bank guarantee.
The Decree will enter into force on 20th March 2017.
