The Presidential Decree no. 79/17, of 24 April 2017, came to amend a series of provisions of the Presidential Decree no. 43/17, of 6 March 2017, which enacted the New Hiring Regime of Non-Resident Foreign Employees, in particular the articles 2, 7 and 10.
